Blocks for CNC Machines Padsmore suction blocks are designed to ensure a perfect fit on the original machine. With hands-on real experience on the operation, our designs are unique with extra special features and options. Padsmore Pads has been proven to not only meet but, in most cases, exceed standards of the existing pad on normal wood-machining applications. Padsmore blocks are designed with 3 individual components assembled: base,adaptor and top. Its base can work alone on the machine. The different adaptor can be used to adjust the blocks to different height like 29,50,75 or 100mm,etc. The top pads are solid and can be different shapes. Compared to rubber pods, solid pads can be easily divided by using gasket to form any area according to the workpiece. Even better, they can still be used if accidently slightly cut or damaged.
